Timeline of Remaining Graduate Services:
CAP / GOWN / TICKET DISTRIBUTION: 5/15/2026 during graduation rehearsal
Final Week Breakdown:
Wednesday, May 13th: Seniors' last academic day
Thursday, May 14th: Senior Bike Ride & Field Day
Friday, May 15th: Senior Sunrise & Graduation Rehearsal
*PLEASE NOTE: Students will not report to campus the week leading up to graduation. Again, there is NO SCHOOL for seniors after 5/15. Please do not lose caps & gowns in the days leading up to graduation, and make smart choices to ensure your participation at the commencement ceremony!
Graduation:
Saturday, May 23rd, at 2pm. Graduation will be held at Cintas Center on Xavier University's campus. Arrive no later than 1:15pm.
Miscellaneous:
Tuesday, April 21st: Summa Cum Laude Recognition. 3-5pm in the auditorium. Invitation only.
Wednesday, April 22nd: Senior Awards Ceremony. 7pm in the auditorium. Invitation only.
