Any activity that a student finds through means other than Ugive.org or the Approved Activities list, must be pre-approved by a senior advisor using the pre-approval form.
To access this form you must log-in to your Milford Google account.
Go to Google and Click on Sign-In (top right corner). Your google user name is your school email address firstname.lastname@example.org ; your password is your School ID number.
Once you are logged in. You will need to go back to this page to submit the preapproval form.
A senior advisor will approve the activity, approve it conditionally, or refuse the activity. You will be notified through your Google School Email Account.
Pre-approvals must be submitted no less than one week PRIOR to the start of service.
